We will use Rabbi Dahlia Marx, PhD's new, extraordinary book (same title as the course) as a stepping stone for deep-dive conversations into the pulse of the Jewish calendar. As Rabbi Marx states in the preface: "we will open windows and doors to our calendar…to illuminate hidden places and to broaden our tents" ands deepen our understanding of Jewish time. This course is aimed at those who are both well-versed in the rhythm of Jewish time, as well as those who are new to Jewish practice, or are simply interested in exploring.
