Mediterranean Chicken Dinner – Boneless chicken baked and then topped with artichoke hearts, asparagus, olives, tomatoes, mushrooms, garlic and white wine, served over lemon, fettuccine noodles.
Vegetarian Option (Only available if it is selected on the form below) – Vegetarian Mushroom Pot Pie
A delicious blend of mushrooms, carrots, celery, onion and potatoes, simmered in a mushroom, thyme and soy cream gravy then baked in a pie crust until golden brown.
Dinners include a tossed green salad, hummus and pita. A yummy dessert will complete the meal.
