2017 Annual High Holy Day Appeal

TBS 2017 High Holy Day Appeal

At Kol Nidre services, Garrett Arnold, one of our most active teens, shared his thoughts about the importance of our Jewish community.  The concept of L’Dor v’Dor – from generation to generation – has sustained the Jewish people for millennia, and our synagogues are the entities most vital to the continuity of Judaism.

Temple Beth Sholom will soon celebrate our 75th Anniversary and, over those years, we have been an integral part of thousands of lives.  From births and consecration through b’nei mitzvot, weddings, celebrating anniversaries and saying farewell to our loved ones, this congregation has given us love, comfort, and support.  Our Jewish values of Torah, Avodah (worship), Gemilut Chasadim (acts of loving kindness) and Tikkun Olam (social action) have guided us and formed the foundation of relationships that span decades.

Please take a moment to reaffirm your personal commitment to TBS by contributing as generously as you are able to this year’s High Holy Day Appeal.  By contributing you perform the mitzvah of strengthening our temple family.  Your donation reinforces our relationships and goals.  Your kindness enables us to be welcoming and open to all who share our beliefs and values regardless of their financial capacity.
