A Tribute to Jeff Merkow
Dear Fellow Congregants,
Our TBS Past President, Jeff Merkow, will be honored by Temple Beth Sholom on June 7, 2008 at our annual Fundraiser. Jeff has devoted more then 16 years of leadership serving our Temple with four Rabbis, seven Presidents and hundreds of volunteers helping to insure that excellence drives the major decisions made on behalf of our congregation.
In addition to serving as President of our Congregation, Jeff was Editor of the Kol Sholom, oversaw the Long Range Planning process, served as VP of Membership and Executive Vice President, Co-Chaired the Search Committee for Rabbi Cohen and currently is Chairing the TBS Master Plan, a commitment to realizing a vision for the Temple’s future. While this is just a partial look at his many accomplishments, it is clear that his impact on the Temple is far reaching.
We invite you to express your congratulations and best wishes to Jeff Merkow in a Tribute Ad Book that will be distributed at the Fundraiser in June. This book will also serve as a Temple Phone Directory for our entire membership. The Ad Deadline is March 28, 2008
