Current research on the Jewish community indicates that informal Jewish experiences such as Shabbaton weekends and trips have a significant impact on Jewish identity. Temple Beth Sholom values the importance of informal Jewish education and highly subsidizes many of these experiences for our students. We highly encourage all students in 3rd-12th grades to participate in a Jewish camping/traveling experience each school year. Many of our students participate in the following experiences each year.
